Below are the most common checklist items.
 
 For RNs and ENs 
  • Your practitioner type

   
  • An uploaded copy of your Resume or work experience including agency work
 
  • Financial details including TFN declaration, Superannuation fund and bank details
 
  • The following Mandatory Training certificates:
    • Manual Handling
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Hand Hygiene
    • Aseptic Technique
    • Medication (Drug) Calculation Test
    • IV Medication Administration (RNs and ENIV only)
    • Fire & Evacuation
    • Infection Prevention & Control
       
  • The following proof of Vaccinations:
    • Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (dTpa) 1 booster dose from the last 10 years
    • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) 2 doses or serology for measles & mumps with a numeric value for Rubella
    • Varicella (chickenpox) serology or vaccine
    • Hepatitis B 3 doses of vaccine and serology
    • Tuberculosis (TB) screening assessment tool or TST or IGRA
    • Influenza (annual)
    • Covid 19 vaccination 1, 2 & 3
       
  • The following Work Clearances: Eligibility to work, state relevant WWCC, national police check and 2 clinical references

 For AINs 
  • Your Practitioner Type

  • Evidence supporting your year level | a statutory declaration, a statement of service or transcript

  • For aged care AINs we will need evidence of the following certificates uploaded into the Certified Skills section:
    • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
    • Certificate IV in Ageing Support

  • For acute care AINs we will need evidence of the following certificates uploaded into the Certified Skills section:
    • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
 
  • An uploaded copy of your Resume or work experience including agency work & placement work
 
  • Financial details including TFN declaration, Superannuation fund and bank details
 
  • The following Mandatory Training certificates:
