What Are Testimonials?
Testimonials are brief feedback notes, either positive or constructive, shared between practitioners and facilities after a shift. These testimonials:

  • Provide supportive encouragement.
  • Allow feedback for facilities and practitioners.

Negative Feedback
If necessary, share concerns constructively and professionally. Negative testimonials are visible indefinitely, so ensure your perspective is well-considered before submitting.

Leaving Testimonials

When leaving a testimonial:

  • Focus on facility support, team collaboration, and your shift experience.
  • Indicate whether you'd recommend the facility to other uPaged practitioners.
  • Address any major concerns directly with the unit manager before including them in your testimonial.

Note: Testimonials can only be removed if proven false, misleading, or in breach of patient confidentiality. Always keep them professional and constructive.

Receiving Testimonials

Facilities managers provide testimonials based on your performance during shifts. This can be subjective, based on that individual's opinion of your performance that day.

If you receive a negative testimonial, please be mindful that this is just one person's opinion, and one negative feedback will be outweighed by other positive feedback.
