If a uPaged hospital has opted to employ uPaged nurses, the hospital is your employer, so they pay you via their payroll system according to their pay cycle.

If a uPaged hospital has opted to use uPaged to employ uPaged nurses, uPaged is your employer, so we will pay you.

To contact your payroll provider simply:

1. Log in to your uPaged profile 
2. Find the facility you need to contact by either clicking on their name within the shift card OR by searching for their name within the filters section of the find work page and clicking on their name 
3. Click on the Important Info tab
4. Scroll down to see Contact details for payroll issues
