Facilities may change the department you have been booked into, we only allow this to happen 24 hours prior to the start time of your booked shift.
You will get notified by:
- Email
- App notifications
If you do not wish to proceed with this shift due to the changes, log in to you account and cancel the booking. Making a cancellation at this point will not affect your reliability rating.
